1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (sitesthatbook.com) and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Services and Process

SitesThatBook builds websites and booking systems for local service businesses. After payment, you must complete a one-time onboarding survey. Your website will be built and delivered live within 24 hours of your survey submission (not from the time of payment).

3. Pricing and Billing

Our service requires a $199 one-time setup fee, which includes your first month of service. Starting month two, you will be charged $79/month recurring for hosting, security, 2 content updates per month, and 2 SEO blog posts per month.

No long-term contract: You may cancel your monthly service at any time by emailing info@sitesthatbook.com. There are no cancellation fees.

4. Domain Ownership

Your domain name belongs to you permanently. This remains true even if you cancel your service with SitesThatBook.

5. Money-Back Guarantee

At the initial "reveal call" where the finished website is first shown to you, if you are not satisfied and the issue cannot be resolved live on that call, your $199 setup fee will be refunded. This guarantee applies only at that initial reveal call, and does not apply to the ongoing monthly fee or to later change requests.

6. Optional CRM Add-on

Some customers may purchase or receive access to a customer relationship management (CRM) tool used to manage and message their own end clients. You are solely responsible for your own compliance with all applicable laws (including TCPA and SMS consent laws) when using this tool to message your customers. SitesThatBook provides the tool but is not responsible for your use or misuse of it.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any illegal purposes, to reverse engineer our platform, to resell access without authorization, or to use the service to send unlawful, harassing, or spam communications.

8. Intellectual Property

SitesThatBook retains ownership of its own underlying platform, templates, and code framework. You own your specific website content, domain, and business data.

9. Text Messaging (SMS) Program Terms

Program Description: By opting in (via website checkout, onboarding survey, or booking calendar), you may receive text messages from Sites That Book LLC including order confirmations, appointment/reveal call reminders, account and service updates, and, if separately opted in, promotional offers and marketing messages. Customers using the optional CRM add-on may also use the platform to send their own appointment reminders, review requests, and promotional messages to their own end clients.
Consent: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-Out: You can opt out of messages at any time by texting STOP to any message received. You can text HELP for assistance.

Rates and Frequency: Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Up to 4 msgs/month.
Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age Restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to receive SMS messages from Sites That Book LLC.
Privacy Policy: Your phone number and messaging data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SitesThatBook's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

11. Termination

SitesThatBook may suspend or terminate your service for violation of these terms, non-payment, or abusive/illegal use.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings, traffic, or bookings.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any claim relating to SitesThatBook's website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service. Changes will be communicated by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.

15. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SitesThatBook regarding the use of our services.
